Carrefour launched its non-food e-commerce in July 2016 and, in 2018, complemented its offer of services on the internet with the launch of food e-commerce, initially only available in the city of São Paulo.
Objective
Defining the best e2e experience for the launch of food e-commerce at the new carrefour.com.
