Overview
Culmia is one of Spain’s leading real estate developers and builders, with a strong presence in the development of residential projects aimed at different buyer profiles. The company stands out for its approach, prioritizing sustainability, technology, and quality of life. The main purpose of the website is to make property searches easier, connecting potential buyers with options that best meet their needs and lifestyles through a digital experience aligned with the brand’s strategic positioning.
Objective
Redesign the brand’s digital experience, focusing on navigation, search, and property filtering to meet the needs of different user profiles. The proposal was to create a modern, accessible, and efficient interface that reflects the company’s strategic positioning in the Spanish real estate market, while also making it easier to search for properties available in various regions of the country.
My role
I worked as the Product Designer for the Culmia project, responsible for developing solutions aligned with business goals.
I participated in the discovery phase, requirements gathering with stakeholders, and structuring navigation flows. The wireframes were provided by the Spanish UX team, but together with Gabriela Cadete, I conducted a critical analysis of the flows, identifying improvement points and suggesting specific adjustments to enhance usability and the user journey.
During this process, we highlighted the importance of considering different usage scenarios, such as empty states, error messages, table interactions, click behaviors, and visual feedback to user actions. These aspects were added to the project to ensure a more complete and intuitive experience, even in exception or low-interaction situations.
I was also responsible for creating the visual interface and developing a component library based on the brand’s brandbook, ensuring visual consistency and flexibility for future applications, especially in logged-in areas and customized environments for each real estate agency.
